Relationship lessons/Two charts/Lesson 3
The chart does not get to decide
A high index is not a reason to stay. A high friction score is not a notice to leave.
The index mixes four numbers. Emotional pull, ease of talk, the long game, and the inverse of friction. A pretty total can hide a talk score that is already in trouble. A harsh friction number can sit next to a bond that still knows how to repair one sentence.
Nothing on the result page is allowed to replace a thing that happened. If they said they would call and did not, that is the fact. The score can suggest why the pace keeps missing. It cannot overrule the missed call.
Close the page before you send a verdict. “The chart says we are wrong” is you borrowing an authority the site refuses. The method page says the same thing in plainer words: this is not an astrologer’s report, and it cannot decide whether you stay.
Try this
- Write the sentence you are tempted to send after a reading. If it mentions the index and not an event, do not send it.
- Replace it with one event from the last seven days.
- Leave the index in the browser. Let the event be the thing you discuss.
Easy to miss: Opening a hard conversation with the number.
